There is this hole in the wall off of the expressway called Mars Cheese Castle in Wisconsin. It is so ugly from the outside, that you would just keep on driving if you didn't know the history of this place. Brian and Patience thought we should stop in on our way back from apple picking. So we did. They sell cheese curds! All flavors and colors of cheese curds. Now I have no idea what a cheese curd is, but I can only imagine the cholesterol content in a thing called a cheese curd. I did taste a free sample and thought it rated up there with most disgusting things ever eaten. The rest of the family thought they was wonderful. When I get home I will have to ask Christa what a cheese curd is.
Today we are hitting the road for Indiana. We have backed a cooler of food for the trip and of course, Dan is taking along the last of the cheese curds!
